When you visit your laboratory ask if they are member of misResultados. If the answer is yes, request the service, make sure the laboratory has your birth date correctly on their system and provide your email address at front desk to receive status notifications. Laboratory personnel will give you a receipt containing the information you need to download your results. In our manual you will find more detailed information.
Verify that the laboratory you visited has your email address correctly written. You can also check in your email account a folder identified as Spam or Junk Mail. Not receiving an email notification will not prevent you from seeing your result if the lab has already sent it to our system.
If the system shows an error in your search, there are two possible scenarios.
In the notification that misResultados send to your email there is a link that automatically transcribes that information. If you have not received this email, the laboratory will be able to provide you with that information. You can also contact our customer service department for assistance.
The period of validity of your clinical tests results in our system does not expire.
Of course, you can still access them. Replace the secret code with your date of birth and the system will provide your clinical tests results.
